       Hello to all Jet-Joe and Jet-Central turbine engine owners: We now have complete engine testing, tuning, thrust measurement and repair facilities available for all Jet-Joe and Jet-Central engines utilizing our new fully outfitted test cell. We will endeavor to give prompt service and turnaround times. Spare parts are available for your convenience via the online shop. Any repairs that require the rotative components to be disassembled or removed, such as a bearing replacement, combustion chamber, fuel nozzle or NGV repairs will automatically be re-balanced as standard practice.

        A rotor assembly balancing service to aircraft quality specifications is available if required. Core balancing is now also available, which is done as an assembled engine with no need to remove and refit the compressor impeller after the balancing procedure to re-assemble the engine. This results in a smoother, quieter and quicker accelerating engine, with less wear and stress to the bearings.

        Also available will be ultrasonic cleaning of bearings, fuel, gas and VFS (vapourised fuel start) injection systems. Non distructive testing, (NDT) of the compressor impeller, shaft, spacers and turbine wheel is available upon request.
