I would like to introduce Brett Smith and to give all the Aussie and Kiwi Jet-Joe owners out there a "heads-up", He is based in Sydney and is now an official Jet-Joe service and repair agent and will primarily be looking after our Aussie and Kiwi friends, however, anybody from other countries who wish to send their JJ engine to him for service or repair are more than welcome. 

At this time Brett will be offering service and repair of Jet-Joe engines, he will be doing this as a part-time sideline to his normal daily job of helicopter turbine engine and fuel control overhaul and repair. 
Brett has been in the aviation turbine industry for more than 25 years and I hope this will help with both our efforts to support the JetJoe owners out there. 

Going forward we hope to become the service center for Jet Central under their lifetime warranty

Brett will be performing full engine testing and individual Fadec tuning service for each turbine purchased from AusJets.com. This service applies to all brands of turbine.

A nice new electronic turbine balancing machine, ultrasonic bearing and fuel nozzle cleaning service will be available. Shortly we will also be able to perform "Core" balancing of the rotative parts once installed in the turbine. 

A conversion service of the JJ1200 to JJ1400 will be provided if the customer wishes.

A magnetic particle and flourescent penetrant crack detection service for the engine rotatives will be available if anybody so desires.

For internal repairs and service on Jet Central Artes turbines, the engines must be returned to the factory in Mexico. This allows the strict quality control required to support their Lifetime warranty.

However as the Authorised Dealer for Australia, AusJets now carries a stock on ancilary components such as fadecs, fuel pumps, glow plugs, etc to help get you back in the air faster. All components excluding the glow plug will be replaced as part of your Lifetime Warranty.
